Notification: Kongsberg Automotive ASA Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of Kongsberg Automotive ASA was held today 5 June 2018.
All proposed resolutions including authorization to the Board of Directors to acquire own shares and to increase the share capital were approved. The board directors were re-elected according to the recommendation of the Nomination Committee.
CEO Henning E Jensen gave a presentation on the activities and status for the company which is attached.
