New shares of Konecranes Plc registered with the trade register
A total of 300,000 new shares (the “New Shares”) issued in Konecranes Plc's (the
“Company”) share issue to the Company itself without consideration have been
registered with the Trade Register on February 25, 2020. Following the
registration of the New Shares, the total number of the Company’s shares is
79,221,906 shares, of which 379,980 shares in total are held by the Company.
The New Shares will be admitted to trading together with the Company’s existing
shares on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about February 26,
2020.
