The Board of Directors of Konecranes Plc decided to change the new Employee Share Savings Plan period

KONECRANES PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE May 28, 2020 at 13:00 EEST THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF KONECRANES PLC DECIDED TO CHANGE THE NEW EMPLOYEE SHARE SAVINGS PLAN PERIOD Konecranes Plc’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012 decided to implement an Employee Share Savings Plan (the Plan) in the Konecranes Group. The Board of Directors of Konecranes decided to launch a new Plan Period on February 6, 2020. The new plan period was to begin on July 1, 2020 and end on June 30, 2021. Due to the Annual General Meeting being held later than initially estimated, the Board has decided to change the Plan Period 2020-2021 to begin on October 1, 2020 and end on June 30, 2021. The other terms and conditions of the Plan Period 2020-2021 approved by the Board on February 6, 2020, and published on the same day, remain unchanged. The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 11, 2020, that the Board of Directors be authorized to decide on directed share issue without payment needed for the implementation of the Plan.
