Konecranes’ President and CEO Panu Routila will assume the position of Head of
Business Area Equipment in addition to his existing duties as of May 1, 2016.

Ryan Flynn, Executive Vice President and Head of Business Area Equipment, has
announced that he is leaving Konecranes to pursue other interests. He will
continue working for Konecranes until May 31, 2016, ensuring smooth transition
of his responsibilities to his successor.

Board and leading Business Area Equipment over the past 2 years. During this
time he has implemented various restructuring of operations and thus reducing
our overall cost structure, implementing our strategic initiatives as well as

future endeavors", says Panu Routila, President and CEO of Konecranes Plc.

As of May 1, 2016, the Group Executive Board will consist of the following
