Subscription of shares with KONE 2007 option rights in 2012

KONE Corporation, stock exchange release, December 1, 2011 at 9.45 a.m. EET KONE 2007 option rights were listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. as of April 1, 2010. Each 2007 option right entitles to the subscription of two (2) class B shares at a price of EUR 21.945 per share. The subscription period for the 2007 option rights ends on April 30, 2012.
