Subject: The Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Croatia announces cooperation with KONČAR on a project worth EUR 125 million

Following the announcement by the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Croatia, and based on the decision regarding the multi-year procurement of an anti-drone protection system, KONČAR is expected to sign a framework agreement as the system integrator and manufacturer of part of the equipment.

This project, valued at EUR 125 million (excluding VAT), is expected to further strengthen the domestic defence industry through the transfer of knowledge and partial production to Croatia, while reducing dependence on foreign suppliers.

KONČAR Inc. will continue to inform the investment public of all material developments as soon as they become concrete and legally formalized.
