KONČAR Inc., as an issuer whose securities are listed on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, informs that on September 30, 2025, the Commercial Court in Zagreb issued Decisions No. Tt-25/57080-2 and Tt-25/57081-2 on the basis of which the status change of the merger of the company KONČAR - Sistemske integracije Ltd., as merged company, to KONČAR - Digital Ltd., as the acquiring company, will be carried out.
