Subject: Completion of the Transaction and Acquisition of equity shares in company DALEKOVOD MK Ltd.

KONČAR Inc., pursuant to the Capital Market Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, hereby announces, following the previous notification regarding the signing of the Share Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of ownership shares in the company DALEKOVOD MK Ltd. by KONČAR – Metal Structures Ltd., that as of 1 October 2025, the transaction has been completed and 100% of the ownership shares in DALEKOVOD MK Ltd. have been acquired by KONČAR – Metal Structures Ltd.

Through internal restructuring within the KONČAR Group, synergies are being achieved by integrating the companies, with the aim of creating the conditions for sustainable and successful continued operations by adapting and expanding the production programme of KONČAR – Metal Structures Ltd.
