Pursuant to the provisions of Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and Article 120 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, KONČAR Inc., Fallerovo šetalište 22, Zagreb, PIN: 45050126417 (hereinafter referred to as: the Company), hereby notifies that Josip Ninić the President of the Management Board of KONČAR – Electric Vehicles Inc. for manufacturing (a daughter company), has acquired 10 ordinary shares of the Company with the stock exchange symbol KOEI-R-A, which constitute 0.0004% of the Company's share capital. The transaction was executed on 19 September 2025 on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

After the aforementioned acquisition, Josip Ninić owns 119 shares of KONČAR Inc., which constitute 0.0046% of the Company's share capital.
