Subject: Notification on transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within an Issuer - Regulated information

Pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the European Council of 16 April 2014, and in line with Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, KONČAR Inc., Fallerovo šetalište 22, Zagreb, PIN: 45050126417 (hereinafter: the Company), hereby notifies on the acquisition of shares of the Company by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Issuer, as set forth in the Resolution of the Supervisory Board from 7 July 2025 and the Company`s Management Share Award Scheme.

On 8 July 2025 the Company transferred outside the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange 1,184 of its own shares to the persons discharging managerial responsibilities included on the permanent insider's section of the insiders list, as follows:

• Gordan Kolak, President of the Management Board, acquired 332 shares and upon registration of the acquired shares with the Central Depository and Clearing Company Inc. holds 977 shares, identification code KOEI-R-A, which entitles him to 0.0380% votes in the General Assembly.
• Josip Lasić, who held the position of member of the Management Board until 31 December 2024, acquired 249 shares and upon registration of the acquired shares with the Central Depository and Clearing Company Inc. holds 564 shares, identification code KOEI-R-A, which entitles him to 0.0219% votes in the General Assembly.

• Miki Huljić, Member of the Management Board, acquired 201 shares and upon registration of the acquired shares with the Central Depository and Clearing Company Inc. holds 500 shares, identification code KOEI-R-A, which entitles him to 0.0194% votes in the General Assembly.
• Petar Bobek, Member of the Management Board, acquired 201 shares and upon registration of the acquired shares with the Central Depository and Clearing Company Inc. holds 273 shares, identification code KOEI-R-A, which entitles him to 0.0106% votes in the General Assembly.
• Ivan Paić, Member of the Management Board, acquired 201 shares and upon registration of the acquired shares with the Central Depository and Clearing Company Inc. holds 273 shares, identification code KOEI-R-A, which entitles him to 0.0106% votes in the General Assembly.
