Komerční banka, a. s., with registered seat at Praha 1, Na Příkopě 969/33, postal code 114 07, registration number 45317054, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Metropolitan Court in Prague, section B, file no. 1360, announces that with effect from 4 June 2020, the Supervisory Board has elected a new member of the Board of Directors, Ms Jitka Haubová, who is currently Executive Director for Corporate Banking at Komerční banka, a. s. Ms Jitka Haubová has extensive experience working in the banking sector. She has been working for Komerční banka, a.s. since 2006, overseeing products related to large domestic and international transactions. Her candidacy has been discussed with the Czech National Bank.

Ms Jitka Haubová will replace Mr Vladimír Jeřábek, whose term ends on 3 June 2020.
