That on 18 March 2015 the Supervisory Board discussed the resignation of Mr. Pavel Čejka from his membership of the Board of Directors of Komerční banka, a. s., as of 31 March 2015, as he was charged with other tasks within SG Group. The Supervisory Board also upon proposal of the Nomination Committee elected Mr. Libor Löfler as a member of the Board of Directors, with effect from 1April 2015.
