Mr. Christian Poirier resigned from his position of member of the Supervisory Board and member of the Audit Committee on 26 September 2012. Mr. Jean-Luc Parer, who is a Head of the International Retail Banking division and member of the Executive Committee of the Group of Société Générale, was appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board and member of the Audit Committee with effect from 27 September 2012.
