Komerční banka, a. s., with its registered office at Prague 1, Na Příkopě 33/969, postal code 114 07, registration No. 45317054, entered in the register of companies maintained with the Metropolitan Court of Prague, section B, file No. 1360, announces

That on 31 July 2012 the Supervisory Board discussed the resignation of Mr. Jan Juchelka and Mr. Patrice Taillandier-Thomas. from their membership of the Board of Directors of Komerční banka, a. s., as they were charged with other tasks within SG Group. The Supervisory Board also elected Mr. Charles Karel Vasak and Mr. Pavel Čejka as members of the Board of Directors with effect from 1 August 2012.

The Board of Directors charged Mr. Charles Karel Vasak with business management of the units of Top corporations and Investment banking and Mr. Pavel Čejka with business management of the units of Strategy and Finance, Support services, Operations, Information technologies, Organisation and project management, Investment banking – operations.
