that, having been charged with other tasks within Société Générale Group, Mr. Didier Colin resigned from his membership of the Board of Directors as of 31 December 2010. Mr. Aurélien Viry has been elected by the Supervisory Board as a new member of the Board of Directors with effect from 1 January 2011.
