On February 9, 2023, Kohl’s Corporation issued a press release announcing that Nick Jones has been named Kohl's Chief Merchandising and Digital Officer, reporting directly to CEO Tom Kingsbury, effective in March. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
