Resignation of Company Secretary

Kogan.com Limited (ASX: KGN) wishes to advise in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 that, following his resignation from Mertons Corporate Services Pty Ltd (Mertons), Mr Adam Sutherland of Mertons has also resigned as Company Secretary of Kogan.com Limited effective today.

Mr Mark Licciardo of Mertons continues to act as Company Secretary of Kogan.com Limited.
