Change of Joint Company Secretary

The Board of Kogan.com Limited (ASX:KGN) (the Company) wishes to advise in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 that Mr Adam Sutherland of Mertons Corporate Services Pty Ltd (Mertons) has been appointed Joint Company Secretary of the Company following the retirement of Mr Christopher Lobb from this position. These changes take effect from today.

Mr Mark Licciardo (also of Mertons) remains as a Joint Company Secretary of the Company.
