Decision of the Board of Directors on advance dividend payment for year 2024

The Board of Directors of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s decided on October 8, 2024, to pay the advance dividend of CZK 7.50 per share before tax.

The record date for exercising the right to advance dividend is 11 October 2024. The advance dividend will be payable from 31 October 2024 to 31 October 2027.
