Change of Accounting Reference Date

Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, announces that the Company has changed its accounting reference date from 31 March to 31 December to align with the financial year end of the Bougouni Lithium Project located in southern Mali ("Bougouni" or the "Project"), operated by Kodal Mining UK Limited ("KMUK"), in which Kodal has a 49 per cent. shareholding.

Accordingly, the Company's financial calendar will be as follows:

·    Unaudited interim accounts for the six-month period ending 30 September 2025 to be published by 31 December 2025.

·    Audited accounts for the nine-month period ending 31 December 2025 to be published by 30 June 2026.

·    Unaudited interim accounts for the six-month period ending 30 June 2026 to be published by 30 September 2026.

Thereafter, the Company will publish each year its final audited results for the 12-month period ending 31 December as well as its unaudited interim results for the six-month period ending 30 June.
