Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, was informed on 18 August 2025 that Suay Chin International Pte Ltd ("Suay Chin") sold 5,630,000 ordinary shares of 0.03125 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.36 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this sale, Suay Chin now holds 1,821,044,971 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.98% of the Company's issued share capital.
