Kodal Minerals, the mining exploration company owning extraction licences for a phosphate and iron (titanomagnetite) project in southern Norway, has posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014, which includes notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at 12.30 p.m. on 6 August 2014 at the offices of Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP, 9th Floor, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT.  The Annual Report and Accounts is also available on the Company's website, www.kodalminerals.com.
