Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, was informed on 7 November 2016 that an associate of Mr. David Steinepreis has sold 37,780,840 ordinary shares of 0.03125 pence each in Kodal Minerals ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.105 pence per Ordinary Share in transactions that took place on 3 and 4 November 2016 (the "Sale"). Following the Sale, Mr Steinepreis and his associates have an interest in 856,870,508 Ordinary Shares, which is equivalent to approximately 18.85 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
