Holdings in Company

Further to the Company's announcement of 10 January 2014, the 100,000,000 Placing Shares issued have today been admitted to trading on AIM.  The Company has no shares held in treasury therefore the issued share capital of the company consists of 770,240,747 Ordinary Shares. As a result of the issue of the Placing Shares and the increase in the issued share capital of the Company the percentage shareholdings of the Company's significant shareholders are as follows:
