Director Dealings and Shareholdings

Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, announces that it has been informed of the following dealings by its directors ("Director Dealings") in the ordinary shares of 0.03125 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Bernard Aylward, CEO, and Robert Wooldridge, Chairman, have acquired 20,000,000 and 6,000,000 Ordinary Shares respectively, and Steven Zaninovich, Operations Director, has sold 26,000,000 Ordinary Shares to cover the cost of the exercise of warrants as announced by the Company on 2 July 2025.

Following the Director Dealings, the directors of the Company will hold the following shareholdings in the Company:
