Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, at 31 December 2020 the issued share capital of the Company comprises 11,667,892,521 ordinary shares of 0.03125 pence each with one voting right per share ('Ordinary Shares').  

On 5 January 2021, a further 176,190,315 Ordinary Shares will be issued as detailed in the Company's announcement of 30 December 2020. Therefore, from 5 January 2021 the issued share capital of the company will comprise 11,844,082,836 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total  voting rights in the Company will be 11,844,082,836. From 5 January 2021, the figure of 11,844,082,836 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
