Kodal Minerals, the mining exploration and development company owning extraction and exploration licences in Norway, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today at the offices of Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP, 9th Floor, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT, all resolutions put to shareholders were passed.
