Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting Ref: Reg. 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

We refer to the above captioned subject, we herewith intimate to the Exchanges, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 30[th] May 2022 at 12.30PM at the registered office of the Company interalia:

• a) To consider and approve audited financial statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March 2022

• b) To recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2021-22.

• c) Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

Further, with reference to the above meeting for the purpose of declaration of audited financial results, the Company has already intimated to the Exchanges vide letter dated 28[th] March 2022 that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the insiders as defined under the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed from 1[st] April 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March 2022, i.e, till 1[st] June 2022.
