Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting Ref: Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations,20L5
We refer to the above captioned subject; we herewith intimate to the Exchanges that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 12tt' August2021, at72:30 PM at the registered office of the Company interalia to consider and approve:
- a) Unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended 30ti' lune 2021. along with the Limited Review Report for the said period thereon.
- b) Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
Further, with regard to the above meeting, the Company had already intimated to the Exchange vide letter dated 23ttr June 2021. that the hading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the designated persons as defined under SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, shall remain closed from 1't July 2021. till48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 3gtn June 2021, i.e till L4th August 2021.
