Reference is made to the notice of an extraordinary general meeting in Hyon AS

to be held on 15 September 2023 at 10:00 am (CEST), where the Board of

Directors' proposal to dissolve the company will be dealt with. Any distribution

from the dissolution will accrue to shareholders on the date of the general

meeting making the resolution to dissolve Hyon. The amount of distribution, if

any, and the payment date will be determined following settlement of all

creditors and the presentation of a liquidation budget to be audited and

approved by the general meeting.
