HYON AS - Jan Frode Andersen appointed CFO

(Oslo, 21 February 2022) HYON AS (HYON, OSE: HYON), the provider of zero

-emission hydrogen bunkering solutions, today announces the appointment of Jan

Frode Andersen as Chief Financial Officer.

HYON has appointed Jan Frode Andersen as CFO effective 1 March 2022. Andersen

come from the position as investment manager at Saga Pure. Andersen holds a MSc

from BI Norwegian Business School and an MBA from ESCP Business School.

Lars Christian Stugaard will resume to his position in Ferncliff and continue to

provide services to HYON also after 1 March 2022.
