Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Limited (the “Company”) is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 07.00 PM, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025 along with the Reports of Auditors thereon and any other business with the permission of the Chairperson.
As informed through our communication dated March 27, 2025, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from April 01, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e. up to June 01, 2025 (both days inclusive).
