Change in the total number of shares and votes in Knowit
As of July 30, 2021, the total number of shares and votes in Knowit amounts to 27,408,600.
The number of shares and votes in Knowit has increased as a result of the registration of 5,760,883 shares, which in accordance with previously published information was issued in connection with the non-cash issue carried out by the company on 1 July 2021.
This information is published in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 9 of the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (SFS 1991:980). This press release was made public, through the agency of the persons below, at 8 am CEST on 30 July 2021.
