Knowit publishes prospectus supplement

The prospectus, which has been prepared in connection with the admission to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm of the 5,760,883 shares in the forthcoming non-cash issue, has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus supplement has been prepared in connection with the directed share issue of 1,785,714 new shares, which was carried out by the Company on 10 Juni 2021. Through the directed share issue, which was significantly oversubscribed, Knowit received proceeds amounting to approximately SEK 500 million before transaction costs.

The prospectus supplement is available on Knowit's website, https://www.knowit.eu/investor relations/issues--prospectuses/. Within a couple of days the prospectus supplement will also be published in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's prospectus register, www.fi.se.
