TRADING HALT

The securities of Knosys Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 11 May 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the directors of Knosys Limited (ASX: KNO) request an immediate trading halt over the Company’s securities, pending the release of an announcement to the market.

This request is made because the Company is finalising a fundraising initiative.

The trading halt is requested until the commencement of trading on Thursday, 11 May 2017 or upon the release by the Company of an announcement to the market regarding the fundraising and the issue of securities.

The Directors are not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
