KNOSYS LIMITED ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Knosys Limited (ASX: KNO) ( “Knosys” ) today announces that Mr Alistair Wardlaw has resigned from the Board of the Company and has resigned from his position as Knosys’ Chief Technology Officer.

Mr. Wardlaw is resigning from his Knosys positions to allow him to concentrate on his other business interests. His other business interests include his stake in the MMG Interactive partnership (MMGI), which is the major subcontractor to Knosys in technology support and provision of IT services. Knosys will continue to sub-contract technology services to MMGI. Knosys is also currently in discussions with MMGI with a view to MMGI’s becoming a reseller of the Knosys technology.

The Company understands that Mr. Wardlaw is considering the sale of a relatively small parcel of shares not subject to escrow. All of Mr Wardlaw’s other interests in Knosys shares and options are escrowed until September 2017.

Mr Wardlaw was the founder of the Knosys technology and was an owner of the entity acquired by Knosys to secure ownership of the IP associated with the Knosys platform. He has worked hard for more than a year to successfully transfer the knowledge around the Knosys technology to the current Knosys management and development teams.

Everyone associated with Knosys Limited thanks Alistair for his significant contribution to the development of the company and its technology both before and after listing and Knosys looks forward to continuing the commercial relationship with MMGI and Mr Wardlaw.

Following Mr Wardlaw’s resignation, Mr Nic Passmore has been appointed Chief Technology Officer. Mr Passmore joined Knosys approximately 3 months ago in a senior product management role and is a highly experienced IT executive.
