Issue of shares under Share Options
Knights, one of the UK's fastest growing legal and professional services businesses, announces that a total of 5702 new ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Shares") have been issued pursuant to the exercise of share options granted by Knights under the Company's Omnibus Plan.
Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of these 5702 shares, which is expected to occur on 16 October 2020. Following admission, Knights will have 82,132,659 shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
