PRESS RELEASE

KME SE: ACQUISITION OF SUNDWIGER MESSINGWERK GMBH HAS BEEN EXECUTED

Milan, 6th January 2025 – KME Group S.p.A. announces that its subsidiary KME SE has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Blackhawk Holding GmbH, a German managing holding company, owning 100% of Sundwiger Messingwerk GmbH ("Transaction"), an European leading manufacturer of bronze semifinished rolled products and a producer of brass semi-finished rolled products.

Please note that the Transaction is part of KME group's strategy to strengthen its core business of rolled products in copper and copper alloys, in order to further develop its manufacturing know-how and product portfolio, with the aim of producing operational efficiencies and provide the best possible service to customers.
