KME GROUP: COMPLETED RENEWAL OF BANK FACILITY FOR WORKING CAPITAL LINES INCREASED BY ADDITIONAL 50 MILLION EURO FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT UP TO 460 MILLION EURO

Milan, 28th November 2023 – With reference to its press release dated November 9th, 2023, KME Group S.p.A. informs that its subsidiary KME SE has completed the closing of the facility signed with the banking pool on the same date, after the satisfaction of all conditions precedent and with an increase of the amount of the facility of additional 50 million euro, for an overall amount up to 460 million euro.

BNP Paribas (Italian Branch), Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. and Banca Nazionale del Lavoro S.p.A. acted as Sustainability Coordinators for the banking pool.

At the same time, also the closing of the existing factoring lines of 376.5 million euro has been completed.
