Confirmation of Director Retirement Date - Xavier Simonet

Further to the announcement on 30 November 2020, Kathmandu Holdings Limited (“Kathmandu Holdings”) today confirms that Friday 9 April is to be former Group CEO, Xavier Simonet’s, last day with Kathmandu Holdings.

Xavier’s executive team will report to Chairman, David Kirk, in the period before a new Group CEO takes up the position.
