Closing Date for Director Nominations

Kathmandu Holdings Limited advises that the closing date for receiving director nominations to be considered for election at the Annual Shareholder Meeting is 5.00pm (New Zealand time) on Thursday 23 September 2021.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by a brief resume of the nominee and the consent in writing of the person nominated.
