KATHMANDU HOLDINGS LIMITED - CONFIRMATION OF DIRECTOR RETIREMENT DATE

As previously announced on the 26[th] July 2019, Director Sandra McPhee will retire from the Board, with an effective date of September 27 2019.

Sandra has been a director of Kathmandu since the company’s Initial Public Offering in 2009 and her retirement follows the appointment of Andrea Martens to the Board on the 1[st] August 2019.
