KATHMANDU HOLDINGS LTD – APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Kathmandu Holdings Ltd (ASX/NZX code KMD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Reuben Casey as Chief Financial Officer effective 1 December 2014.

Reuben joined Kathmandu in 2010 as Group Financial Controller, was appointed to the position of GM Finance in October 2013 and has been the Company Secretary since 1 August 2014. Reuben has over 10 years of financial management experience including Finance Director Europe‐Middle East for TaylorMade‐ adidas Golf and previous roles at Meridian Energy and KPMG.

Reuben is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a graduate of University of Canterbury.
