KMC Properties ASA – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement by KMC Properties ASA (the "Company") on 31 March 2023 regarding the acquisition of four properties from BEWI ASA. As further described in the announcement the acquisitions are to be partly settled with new shares in the Company. The Company's board of directors resolved to increase the Company's share capital by NOK 4,047,186.20 by issuance of 20,235,931 new shares. The new shares were issued pursuant to an authorization granted by the Company's general meeting on 28 February 2023.

The share capital increase pertaining to the settlement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret), following the registration the Company's new share capital is NOK 68,825,916.00, divided on 344,129,580 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.2.
