KMC Properties ASA – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement by KMC Properties ASA (the "Company") on 3 November 2022 regarding the successful private placement of 37,500,000 new shares raising gross proceeds of NOK 300 million (the "Private Placement").

The new share capital pertaining to the Private Placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The Company's share capital has been increased by NOK 7,500,000 by issuance of 37,500,000 new shares, and the Company's new share capital is NOK 64,428,729.80 divided into 322,143,649 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.20.
