KMC Properties ASA – Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 18 October 2021 by KMC Properties ASA ("KMC Properties" or the "Company") regarding the issue of shares to employees of the Company.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 750,000 new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is 56,374,308.80, divided on 281,871,544 shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.2 each.
