On June 27, 2025, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiary Nordnet Livsforsikring, bought 689,429 shares in KMC Properties ASA (ISIN NO0010360175). After these transactions, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries, holds a total of 21,083,260 shares in the company on a consolidated basis, representing 5.06% of the outstanding shares and votes in the company.

The ownership distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries is as follows:

Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: 5.031%

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.
