KMC Properties ASA – Flagging announcement

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 16 September 2021 by KMC Properties ASA announcing the completion of a private placement of 37,500,000 new shares in the Company.

As a consequence of the issuance of new shares, one of the majority owners, Kverva Industrier AS, will pass the threshold of 33.3 per cent ownership in the Company. Prior to the private placement, Kverva Industrier AS held 34.22 per cent of the total outstanding shares in KMC Properties. Following registration of the new shares issued, Kverva Industrier’s holding will be 29.62 per cent.
