Storm Real Estate ASA - Extension of conditional agreement with Swedbank AB
Oslo, 15.01.2020. Reference is given to the public announcement published on 13 December 2019, where the company informed that it had signed a conditional agreement with Swedbank AB valid until 15 January 2020.
Today the parties have agreed to extend the agreement so that it now will lapse at the latest on 28 February 2020 if the conditions are not met.
If the agreement is completed, it is likely that the company has the financial ability to continue operating.
