Reference is made to the announcement by KMC Properties ASA (the "Company") on 3 November 2022, where the successful completion of the private placement was announced.

Aglen Holding AS, close associate of Pål Magnus Aglen, chairman of the board of directors the Company, has on 3 November 2022 subscribed for 696,428 shares at a price of NOK 8 per share in the private placement.
